Technology a factor in impatience ??

“With technology, our lives are faster, access is faster, and a lot of our needs are met immediately,” she says. “It has made our expectations higher. We expect that things should work and should work quickly.”

This is a quote from a CBC news article about mental health and anger. In short, they’re saying that technology may be causing us to get more and more impatient and angry. I’m not sure if I agree that technology is the cause, but I must admit that my patience has gone down over the years.

The article goes on to tell us that anger is bad for your health, and that IF you get angry, you should find a proper way to vent it. The best strategy however, is to simply “let it go” when someone does something that would usually anger you.

If “letting it go” isn’t an option for you, use this stress reduction kit that is being offered to you totally FREE OF CHARGE :
